All Beef and Pork is cut on premises for the freshest possible meat. We don’t order precut beef and pork like the big box retailers where the meat you buy is cut a few days before it is placed out for sale. We also do not add preservatives and dyes to our meat in order to make a poor cut of meat look better than it really is or to add weight.
